What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check in is 3:00 PM the day of your booking and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. You may contact us if you would like to check in earlier or check out later and we will try to accommodate your needs.
What is the cancellation/deposit policy?
The full amount is requested at the time of booking. In general, travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will get back 50%. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. Please refer to the booking sight VRBO or AirBnB as the policies vary slightly.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We have a minimum two night stay. This may vary during peak holidays.
Is the property pet-friendly?
As much as we love our pets, we do not allow pets of any kind in our properties. Not only is there more wear and tear with pets, but we do try to provide a pet free space for our guests who may have pet allergies.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. We do provide all bedding and towels. Our expert cleaning staff will ensure that everything is clean and sanitized before your visit. We offer our guests high thread count sheets and plush Egyptian cotton towels.
Is there a cleaning fee, and how often is cleaning provided during the stay?
Yes there is a one time per stay cleaning fee which varies based on the size of the cabin and special amenities offered. These fees range from $100-$225. Our expert cleaning staff goes the extra mile to make sure the cabins are clean and in good working order. If the cabin has a hot tub–rest assured they are drained, sanitized and refilled before each new guest usage.
Are there any restrictions on using the property's amenities, such as a hot tub or fireplace?
Hot Tub: We ask that you make sure you and especially your feet are clean before entering and no children under 13. Also, no glassware is permitted for obvious reasons. Fireplace: please follow usage instructions and turn off before leaving or going to bed.
Is the property equipped with Wi-Fi or internet access?
All of our properties have Wi-Fi and the network name and passwords will be located in the brochure inside the cabin. We also have TV’s available for streaming. Our WiFi access is FREE for guests.
Is there a contact person available 24/7 for emergencies or other issues?
Yes. We have 24/7 support for our guests. If there is a true emergency, of course call 911. We do have a local maintenance and cleaning crew that can assist with any issues that may arise during your visit.
All of our cabins are conveniently located in the Blue Ridge Fannin County, Georgia area with easy access to Ellijay, Blue Ridge, McCaysville, and Mineral Bluff. These towns provide excellent options for dining, shopping and exploring. The surrounding areas abound with excellent hiking and fishing opportunities as well as unique wineries and water sports. Chattanooga and Western North Carolina are close by too.
Each cabin will contain a local brochure outlining nearby activities that you are sure to enjoy. There is truly something for everyone.
